Every Friday morning is a yoga morning for me. Start a session, get into my flow, end the class feeling refreshed. At the beginning and at the end of the session, the instructor will tell us to set our intention(s) for the practice and for the day. This allows us to give some thought to what we want to achieve for the day. It doesn't have to be anything grandeur, even something simple like "I want to get my laundry done" works too.
I enjoy this practice. But somehow a lot of days I fail to do this, even though I'm aware of the benefits. I've mentioned before I'm not a morning person (but I do want to be one). I slow to rise unless I have something booked in the morning like a meeting or a session. Maybe I need to schedule my yoga sessions every morning then? It helps that they are paid sessions too, so I am VERY less likely to miss them.
