Often times I worry a lot about a lot of things, mainly if I'll be an inconvenience to others and to my schedule. I'll even worry about me worrying too much. When you worry, you worry about the future. The future that hasn't happened yet. You overthink, but your thoughts might not even come true.
We can't control everything. For the things that are outside our reach and control, let it go. Focus on things that matter. I distract myself with writing, side projects, and such. As long as I focus on the present, it'll keep me at peace.
