Day 20 - Finding your groove

I'm still trying to find a way to ease into work in the mornings better. Even though my SO and I wake up the same time in the morning, he almost effortlessly leaves the bed to get breakfast and stuff while I'm on my phone for the next half an hour.
I have the ideal morning routine all planned out, but even then, I literally have to fling myself out of the bed (ok not literally, but you get what I mean). Maybe I'm not a morning person? I do want to be a morning person though, not just because everyone is talking about it. I do know I'm better during the weekend. I get up faster.
But what I found recently is I can't immediately do work in the morning after I wake up. I need to read a bit, write a bit, work on other things a bit before I get into the groove.
And yes that is my morning routine! I always thought it needed to be THE ideal morning routine. I didn't go through with that because it was too much hassle.
But I think now, I found something that works for me.
