Day 15 - Focus

I have a hard time focusing when I'm working on something... not fun. Sometimes work can be the case. I've tried multiple productivity tools and Pomodoro timers. They work, sometimes, but most of the time I end up getting distracted.
I ended up learning a bit more about the flow state which I wrote a bit about it here Day 14 - Flow state. How do you get into a flow state? There are a few good various ways that can help, but sometimes you can't choose the task that you're working on.
I finally got access to Centered. It's an app that helps get you into the flow state. It works like a productivity timer but with the help of personal assistant. If you go off course to a different app, it will call you out. It will also remind you how much time you have left (halfway through, some minutes left), but you can always extend the time. Once you're done with the session, you end with a gratitude and a short breathing exercise.
And I think I've found the app that can help me focus on my task at hand. I've been using it for the past 2 days. I haven't tried out all the features yet, but so far I'm in love. I'll most definitely consider paying to continue using it after the trial ends. I rarely talk about products but when I do, I truly recommend them. And Centered is one of them.
