Day 89 - Rest day

A short piece.

I had a longer weekend so far because I took some days off from work. And I was thinking what to do on the Sunday before going back to work again the next day.

Besides doing my usual digital housekeeping Sundays and my weekly review-planning*, I did nothing ~ productive ~ in my books. Catching up with the latest anime this season, video calling a real life friend, leisure reading, and a fantastic movie night.

We need to treat ourselves to these rest days. We need them more than ever.

*My digital housekeeping days include clearing up my download files, chrome bookmarks, Twitter bookmarks, and emails. I don't manage to go through... everything, but most of them are organised or cleared off.

Weekly review and planning include reviewing the past week what has happened in terms of positives, negatives and what I can take out of them for the future. Then I'll start planning for the next week along with rough time blocks in my calendar.
