Building something close to home. I've been on the journey of self-discovery, and one benefit I learned is the power of gratitude.
It's hard to show it without sounding like a fortune cookie so what better way to talk about it than by making it?
This is why I'm building VSJO:

It doesn't take up time. You don't need to write out a whole blog post or even a paragraph about what you're grateful for.
I've been consistently doing this for the past 1/2 year. What I do is name 3 things I'm grateful for every day. And that's all you have to do to start.

The more we actively look for things to be grateful for, the more our brain will look for than what we intended to.
And that's the beauty of it.
A meal with your loved ones, a gorgeous sunset, listening to your favourite song - a lot of them are the little things.

So maybe writing isn't your thing. That's fair because different people have their own way of expression.
What's the next best thing? Visuals. Take photos of what you feel grateful for. A walk in a park, eating a good takeout - it can be anything! Make a short note if you want.

A lot of gratitude journals are for writing. Some of us might feel intimidated having to jot down our thoughts daily, maybe mentally tired to write things down.
This is where visual journaling might come in handy. Record an entry with a photo that you're grateful for. Simple.

It's also nice to remind ourselves there are always things to be grateful for, despite all the negative news around us.
What do you think? Is it something you'll try if writing isn't your thing?
